2. Solar Installation Services

Pre-Installation Cancellation

  • Cancellation before site survey: 100% refund within 7-10 business days
  • Cancellation after site survey but before installation: 90% refund (10% survey charges deducted)
  • Cancellation after equipment delivery: 80% refund (20% restocking and handling charges)

Post-Installation

  • No refunds after successful installation and commissioning
  • Warranty claims will be handled as per manufacturer warranty terms
  • Performance issues will be addressed through maintenance and support

3. Electrical Equipment Sales

  • Unused equipment in original packaging: 100% refund within 15 days
  • Opened but unused equipment: 90% refund within 7 days
  • Custom or special order items: No refunds unless defective
  • Defective items: Full refund or replacement within warranty period

4. Digital Marketing Services

Service Packages

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of contract: 100% refund
  • Cancellation within first week: 80% refund
  • Cancellation after work has commenced: Pro-rated refund based on work completed

Campaign-Based Services

  • Unused ad spend will be refunded in full
  • Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live
  • Setup fees are non-refundable after initial setup is completed

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Submit any required documentation or evidence
  4. Await approval and processing confirmation

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7-14 business days
  • Refund method will match the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Consultation and site survey fees (unless service is cancelled before survey)
  • Custom-designed or specially ordered equipment
  • Installation labor costs after successful completion
  • Digital marketing setup fees after campaign launch
  • Third-party advertising costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

7. Warranty vs. Refund

Please note that warranty claims are different from refunds. Equipment defects, performance issues, or service problems may be covered under warranty terms rather than refund policy. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will work with customers to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through our customer service management. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing customers and posted on our website. The updated policy will apply to new orders placed after the effective date.
